Dear Mr. Madison,
We have made a list of the rights and freedoms we believe are most important to Americans and why we chose that right . We hope this will help you decide what to include in the Bill of Rights.

Everyone should be allowed their own opinion because we are forced to say what the king wants us to say. We should be able to express our feelings. We should be able to stand up for ourselfs and not have to listen to the king. We should be able to vote for who we want and not what the king wants.

Everyone should be allowed to be educated because we should be able to do more things in life besides chores and cleaning. We should be able to learn math, science, social studies, and learn to read. We should be able to make friends. People should be able to talk and learn the abc's.

Soldiers should not be able to invade other people's homes because we've earned the money to buy the food. We took the time to build our homes.Soldiers shouldn't be able to take things that don't belong to them.Soldiers should be more respectful to those who took the time to make their homes look nice and when soldiers barge in they ruin what people have made and bought.

Alll people of different colors should be treated fairly. No one should be made fun of because of their color.Black people are the same as white people.Their should be no violence because of their color.

There should be no slavery because everyone should have equal rights. So no one should have to work for one person without payment. People should be able to become on trial without treason. No one should be punished for taking breaks because the've worked to hard to not take a break.

We the undersigned agree that these rights and freedoms should be protected in the Bill of Rights.
Sincerely,

Carly, Michael, John, Mackenzie
